Delivery

We strive to deliver your items quickly and efficiently. We offer free 1 to 3 Days Delivery to Mainland UK*.
*Please Note: Free delivery is available to England & Wales and Lowland Scotland and  and excludes towel radiator orders under £150 inc VAT.

We use a combination of DHL, DX, APC and UPS for the majority of our deliveries. Which courier to be used for individual orders depends on the size and weight of the radiator and other items in the order and the delivery address. All orders are processed and dispatched the same day as long as they are placed and paid for before our daily cut off time.

Unpacking your items

As with any courier deliveries, parcels pass through multiple depots and transfers. This may occasionally result in damage. We kindly ask that upon receiving your order, you inspect the packaging before signing and note any damage at the time of delivery.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, ordered the wrong item/size, or simply changed your mind, you may return it within 30 days from the order date. Before returning an item, you must obtain an RMA number from our store. All return requests must be submitted through the designated feature/link on your order page or via email.

You may choose to:

  • Exchange the item for a different product of equivalent value.
  • Apply the value as credit toward a higher-priced item.
  • Receive a full refund for the returned item.

This policy is in addition to the manufacturer’s guarantee and does not affect your statutory rights. To qualify for a return, items must be unused. If an item is deemed used, we will not be able to offer a refund.

If an unused item is returned with damaged packaging, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the order total may apply. We strongly recommend handling packaging with care—open and repack boxes cautiously, avoid using brown or black packing tape, and refrain from writing order or address details directly on the box. Failure to do so may render the packaging unusable, resulting in postage and restocking fees.
